Welcome to our FAST and EASY online application. It takes only about 20 minutes to complete our online application and it's possible to have a real loan approval using Loan Express which gives you a direct agency approval with limited documents required-it's free and it's real.

If you're ready to complete a full loan application, read the instructions below and start filling out the online form.

At the time of application, we will need the following information and documents from you: (If using Loan Express you may not need as much documentation)

  1. Last 30 days paycheck stubs
  2. W-2's/Tax Returns for last 2 years
  3. Bank Statements for last 2 months
  4. Retirement statements for last 1 month or quarter
  5. Sales contract for purchase of new home
  6. Sales contract for sale of current home (if applicable)
  7. Certificate of Eligibility and DD-214 (VA only)
  8. Corp Tax Returns for last 2 years (Self Employed with more than 25% of ownership)
  9. K-1's from Tax Returns (if applicable)

Before you start filling out the Online Loan Application form please take a few moments to gather up the following information:

  • Bank Account Statements (account numbers & balances)

  • Credit Card Statements (account numbers & balances)

  • Current Mortgage Holder's name account number & monthly payment

  • Employer's name address and current income

  • Rental Property Information

Please fill out the Online Loan Application as completely as possible in order to expedite the processing of your mortgage. The online application consists of the following 9 sections :

  • Property Information

  • Borrower Information

  • Co-Borrower Information

  • Borrower Employment Information

  • Co-Borrower Employment Information

  • Monthly Income and Combined Housing expenses

  • Assets

  • Liabilities

  • Declarations

You do NOT have to complete your entire application at once. When you start the form you will be assigned a User Name. You may stop at any time and come back later and log in with your User Name to complete your online application under the "Continue Your Loan Application" button at the top of the site on the main page.

The online form data is sent in encrypted format to a SECURE SERVER to protect your privacy.
